DuoCapture is operated by LEDUC IT OÜ, Estonia ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have privacy questions, contact victor@leduc.it.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to the DuoCapture iOS app and this website.
3. Data We Collect
We design DuoCapture to minimize data collection. We do not create user accounts and we do not intentionally collect personal profile information directly through the app.
Depending on how you use the app, limited technical data may be processed by services:
- Sentry (error/crash monitoring): may process technical diagnostics such as device model, OS version, app version, and error logs.
- RevenueCat (subscription/purchase infrastructure): may process transaction-related identifiers and subscription status to validate entitlements.
- Apple App Store: handles payments and may process data under Apple's privacy terms.
4. Video and Media Data
We do not operate a cloud storage backend for user videos through this website. Media you record is stored according to your device and iOS configuration. You control what you capture, keep, export, or delete.
5. Legal Basis (EEA/UK Users)
Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract (providing app functionality), legitimate interests (security, debugging, service reliability), and legal obligations.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited technical information with our service providers (such as Sentry and RevenueCat) solely to operate, secure, and improve the app, or as required by law.
7. International Transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including troubleshooting, legal compliance, and subscription support.
9. Your Rights

10. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed specifically to children. If you believe personal data of a child has been provided to us in error, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate steps.
